In 2007, we commenced our journey as a Private Limited Company, establishing three CNG Refuelling Stations in Chandpur, Haratoli (Comilla Zone), and Narayanganj (Dhaka Zone). Over time, our business expanded, prompting our transition to a Public Limited Company in 2015 with the objective of being listed on the Bangladesh Security And Exchange Commission. As our operations grew, we added more business entities, including Conversion, Retest, and LPG. Presently, we have expanded further by incorporating five subsidiary CNG Refuelling Stations, where we own 95% of the shares in these companies.
