FAS Finance & Investment Limited (FFIL), sponsored by a group of distinguished Bangladeshi industrialists and businessmen, was established on March 4, 1997. Initially licensed by the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) to operate as a Merchant Banker, the company later received authorization from Bangladesh Bank on September 17, 2001, to function as a Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI). The authorized capital of FFIL is Tk 2,100 million, with a paid-up capital of Tk. 1229.25 million. The company is positioned to provide financial services and contribute to the economic landscape under the guidance and sponsorship of its dedicated group of industrialists and businessmen.
